Terms of Service

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days.
All items will be checked carefully and packaged in good condition before dispatch the product.
The item will be shipped to your PayPal registered address, please make sure your "ship to" address on PayPal is correct.
The arrival time depends on your location.

We Provide 3 shipping methods.

Economy international shipping [ Sri Lanka post- Delivery time 5 to 25 days ]
Standard international shipping [ Singapore post or Swiss post - Delivery time is 10-14 days ]
Expedited international shipping [DHL/ UPS/FedEx/Aramex - Delivery time 5 working business days ]

Return / Replacement

Returns accepted if the product is not as described.
We will try to solve any dispute and try our best to satisfy you. If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us first.
We will accept any return and give a full refund (without shipping cost) on any item.
The item must be returned to us in original condition and the Buyer needs to pay the return shipping cost.

International Buyers

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
